3. WIX AND WEBSITE HOSTING
Our website and online store are hosted on Wix.com. Wix provides the website, ecommerce, checkout, customer-account, forms, reviews, gift-card, chat, analytics, communication, and related services used to operate Ecowave Naples.
Personal information may be processed and stored through Wix’s systems, databases, applications, and service providers. Wix may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions according to its own privacy and security practices.
4. ANALYTICS AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use Wix Analytics to understand website traffic, product activity, purchases, and general site performance.
We also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. These services may collect information about page visits, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, referrals, interactions, ecommerce activity, and conversions.
Google Tag Manager helps manage website measurement technologies. If we add materially different analytics or advertising services through Google Tag Manager, we will update our disclosures as appropriate.
We do not currently have separately connected Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, AdRoll, Yandex.Metrica, or third-party heatmap or session-recording services.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in the message or by contacting us at ecowavenaples@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional messages concerning an order, payment, delivery, account, gift card, or service request.
Customer communications may also be handled through Wix Chat or our Gmail business email account.
